Faded Glamour is a song cycle, written to demonstrate my learnings during my DYCP research, funded by Arts Council England.

Exploring how to write text for opera in the 21st century, I produced a translation, replacement text, and new composition all under the shared theme.

We met jesters, lovers and custodians of old houses. Working with this team was an absolute pleasure and we are keen to further develop these works.
